IIM Lucknow: Fees to be increased by 15% for 2 year PG program

IIM Lucknow Director Dr Ajit Prasad also said that as per the proposal, the fee for the PG programme is  likely to be increased to Rs 16 lakh from the present Rs 14 lakh. The proposal will also be subject to approval of the board of governors, which will meet on March 20. Recently, IIM-Kozhikode has also raised the fee to Rs 16 lakh. IIM-Lucknow director Dr Ajit Prasad also asserted that they  want to be at par with the three league IIMs at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Kolkata.

About 450 students are likely to get an MBA degree when they complete two-year post-graduate programme in 2019.  IIM has offered the two-year Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Management, the Agri-Business Management Program (ABM), and a one-year International Programme in Management for Executives (IPMX), offered from its Noida campus.

Some of the companies which come to placements at IIM Lucknow include ABN AMRO Bank, Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Air India, Al Ghanim. American Express, Arohi Assests Management, Asian Pains Ltd, Astro Usaha Tegas Group, AT Kearney, Atos Origin, Axis Bank. Barclays Capital, Baring Private Equity Partners, Blow Plast Ltd,  Morgan Stanley, McKinsey and Company, Procter and Gamble, Nestle, Patni Computers, Microsoft, Procter and Gamble among others.
