Final Placements display encouraging trends in Top B Schools
With completion of XAT 2018 Exam on Jan 7th & IIM Lucknow declaring the CAT 2017 results on Jan 8th 2018, the admission session for MBA / PGDM 2018-20 batches has just been initiated. Process of checking out best possible options for aspirants based on their CAT results have also started. And at this point what can be better news than the placement updates released by some of the top B Schools and MBA institutes.
Leading top business schools, see a good start to placements. Major drivers so far has been consulting and analytics, marketing and financial sectors and e-commerce and online marketplaces.
IIM Udaipur – 90% of the 170 students from batch has been placed.
IIM Rohtak - placed more than 75% of its graduating students.
IIFT - entire batch of 288 management students were placed with 31 international offers and 94 recruiters in campus offering an average CTC of INR 19.23 lakh per annum.
FORE School - Average CTC at FORE School Delhi so far has been INR 10.7 Lakhs per annum with profiles offered included Consulting, Technology, Sales, Finance, Analytics and Sales Support.
IMI Delhi- The highest CTC is INR 20.75 lakh per annum & average CTC INR 12.23 lakh per annum offered by 88 recruiters.
IFMR Sricity- out of 180 Student graduating in 2018 2/3rd has been placement, 25% job has been banking sector and 55% recruiters were Consulting and FinTech.
IMT Hyderabad-More than 75% student placed with average CTC is INR 7.25 lakh per annum and highest CTC is 12 lakh per annum with more than 50 recruiters come for placement.
GIM Goa-Average CTC So far has been INR 10.6 lakh per annum & highest CTC INR 22 lakh per annum. Alongside IT / ITES and BFSI sectors, companies from Consulting and FMCG / FMCD domains have increased their footprints this year.
SSBF Pune- The Highest CTC offered is INR 10.25 lakh per annum and average is INR 7.40 lakh per annum.
SIBM Hyderabad: The Highest CTC offered is INR 12 lakh per annum and average is INR 6.72 lakh per annum.
