Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB) Bhubaneshwar announced the final placement report for the MBA Business Management (BM) Placement report for the batch 2018-20 (Xuberance 2020) officially where 107 companies have been mentioned to have participated of which 55 were first-time recruiters.
Highest domestic salary offer has been INR 26 lac while the average compensation was INR 15.42 lac per annum.
Top recruiters are CBC, Deloitte, EY, IBM, ICICI Bank, Brillio, L&T, PwC, Goldman Sachs, Mahindra GMC, Accenture, Nestle, AB InBev, Amazon, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, , Godrej, Emami, Nestle, Tata Steel, PhonePe, Godrej and Boyce, Reckitt Benckiser and PPG Asian Paints, and so on.
28% of the students were offered roles in Management and Strategy Consulting; 21% were offered roles in marketing; 19% in Finance and rest
20% roles in operations.
Some profiles offered were Risk Management, Strategic Consulting, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Risk Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Wealth Management and Credit Analysis and others.
