IIM CAP 2026: The IIM Common Admission Process (CAP) 2026 is a unified selection gateway for several newer IIMs. Instead of appearing for multiple interviews, a candidate shortlisted for several CAP-participating IIMs attends a single Personal Interview (PI). While previously 9 IIMs participated, many have now formed a separate "Joint Admission Process" (JAP) or moved to independent admissions.
