NIMCET (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test) 2022: The National Institute of 
Technology (NIT) Jamshedpur has announced the NIMCET 2022 exam dates at nimcet.in. The online registration process will begin from April 4 and the deadline for the submission of application form is May 4 till 5pm. Candidates can check here NIMCET 2021 counselling schedule. Candidates getting seats have to pay fees and report to the allotted institute as per the schedule for getting MCA seats offered by the participating institutes of NIMCET 2022.
NIMCET Exam 2022: Apply from April 4
NIMCET: National Institutes of Technology (NITs) are Institutions of National Importance Under Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. The NIMCET is a Common Entrance National Level Test, conducted by any of the NITs, for admission in to their MCA programme.
The MCA programme is offered by NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal. The admission into the MCA programme for the year 2022-23 in above 09 NITs is based on the Rank obtained in NIMCET-2022 only.

Due to continuing adverse conditions of the pandemic COVID-19, the date of NIMCET -2022 entrance test is hereby postponed till further notice. The date of exam and detailed program will be declared shortly.
Eligibility: Indian Nationals securing at least 60% marks in aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale in case of SC/ ST/PwD) in B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT / B.Voc. (Computer Science/ Computer Applications) of minimum three years full-time programme from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects OR B.E./ B.Tech. from a recognized University are eligible to appear for NIMCET v2021. Conversion of scored marks from CGPA to percentage and vice-versa is not permitted.
Registration: The non-refundable Application Processing Fee for NIMCET-2021 test and counselling for admission to the MCA programme is INR 2,500/- for OPEN/OPEN-EWS/OBC category and INR 1,250/- for SC/ST/PwD category candidates.
