As on April 22, 2024, the average salary offered has been Rs. 14.47 Lakh per annum and the highest salary offered is Rs. 24 Lakh per annum
IIM Mumbai SIP 2025 Batch: SIP (Summer Internship Placements) of Indian Institute of Management, (IIM) Mumbai, erstwhile known as NITIE, for the batch 2023-2025 has been released. The highest stipend offered is Rs. 4.8 Lakhs and the average stipend offered is Rs. 2.27 Lakhs while the median stipend offered is Rs. 2 lakhs. Highest 25% students placed in Manufacturing followed by 23% in FMCG; 10% each in E-Commerce & others; 9% each in Consulting and BFSI Sector and so on. For the 480 students total 165 companies participated for Summer Internship Placements to the batch 2023- 2025.
B School 2024 batch final placements started, SPJIMR Placement 2024: Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai (SPJIMR Mumbai), recently announced the completion of the Final Recruitment Process for its PGDM & PGDM(BM) Class of 2024. The highest salary offered is Rs. 81 LPA. In placements 2024, FMCG, Consulting, BFSI, Pharma and Tech emerge as the top recruiting sectors.

Most of the top Business Schools of the country released their placement report for the MBA / PGDM batch 2021 – 23. Some have released the official and final report while some have released interim data. Many more are expected to follow. Let’s take a peek on how they fared this year.
FMS Delhi Final MBA Placements 2023
Summer Internship Report (SIP) 2022 – 24 Batch: Most of the top Business schools barring a few have completed summer Internship placements (SIP) for the MBA / PGDM batch 2022-24. This year’s highest SIP was 7.9 Lakh offered in JBIMS Mumbai and 7 Lakh by XLRI Jamshedpur.
This year more than 8 B Schools offer an average salary of more than 30 LPA.
IIM Indore PGP HRM Placement 2023. Average CTC Offered 22.4 LPA
As of now, the highest salary offered in India by IIM Bangalore is Rs. 35.3 Lakh per annum followed by IIM Calcutta Rs. 35.08 lakh per annum; ISB Hyderabad Rs. 34.2 Lakh per annum; FMS Delhi Rs. 34 Lakh per annum and so on. In the private MBA Colleges category the highest average salary offered by ISB Hyderabad Rs. 34.2 LPA followed by SPJIMR Mumbai is Rs. 33 LPA; XLRI Jamshedpur 32.7 LPA. The average salary of Rs. 29 Lakh per annum declared by IIM Indore.
TISS Mumbai is on the top place followed by FMS Delhi and JBIMS Mumbai. Performances of most of these top sets of business schools reflect significant improvement according to the interim/final placement data, and have been above par till now. An increase in the average salary by 10-25% has been witnessed compared to the past 2 years, despite the pandemic and slowdown worldwide.

IIM Bangalore Placements 2023: IIM Bangalore (Indian Institute of Management Bangalore) one of the leading Management Institute and NIRF Ranked 2 – ( As per this year’s Ranking for Management Category) – released the final Placements for the MBA and MBA- Business Analytics (MBA BA) for 2021 2023 batch .
The average salary offered is Rs. 35.31 Lakh per annum which is highest in the country, the median salary offered is Rs. 33.0 Lakh per annum.
ISB Placement 2023: The recently concluded placements for the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) Class of 2023 at the Indian School of Business (ISB) saw recruiters across sectors hiring in large numbers. Despite the global economic uncertainty and the predicted slowdown, 222 recruiting companies made 1,578 offers to students. About 73% of those placed were able to shift functions while 79% moved to a new sector, thereby making meaningful moves towards building careers of their choice. The average annual accepted CTC stood at Rs 34.21 lakh – a 2.5 times increase from the average pre-ISB CTC of Rs. 13.39 lakh.
