IIIT Delhi M Tech Admission 2025: The Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT Delhi) has commenced online registrations for M Tech admissions for the batch 2025.
Interested candidates can apply through the official website. The last date for submission of IIIT Delhi M Tech admission is set for April 14, 2025.
All About GATE Exam
IIIT Delhi offers M Tech programs in multiple specializations, including M Tech (Research) in CSE, M Tech CSE, M Tech ECE, M Tech CB, and M Tech (CB) through the DBT admission process. Admissions are conducted 
via the IIIT Delhi Postgraduate Computer Science and Engineering Admission Test (PGCAT), which is scheduled to take place on May 4, 2025.

For candidates who secure admission but wish to withdraw, a full refund (after a deduction of INR 1,000) will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted by July 4 before 5 PM. After this deadline, only the security deposit of INR 10,000 will be refunded. Candidates must send an email to mtech-admissions@iiitd.ac.in and complete the withdrawal process through the MTech admission portal using their login credentials.
Eligibility:
M Tech CSE (Research)
- B.E./B.Tech. in CSE/IT/ECE/EE, or an M.C.A., or an M.Sc. in Mathematics/Statistics
- Percentage ≥ 75% or Equivalent Percentage
- Mandatory GATE in CS/EC/EE/MATH/ST/DA
M Tech CSE:
- Both GATE and Non-GATE candidates with B.Tech./BE in CS/IT (& its allied areas) or MCA or M.Sc. in CS/IT with 65% marks are eligible to apply for admission.
M Tech ECE:
- Both GATE and Non-GATE candidates with B.Tech/BE in ECE/EE (& its allied areas) or MSc in Electronics (for ECE) with 65% marks are eligible to apply for admission.
M.Tech. (CB) Program
- B.Tech/BE in CS/IT/Math-and-Computing
- orB.Tech/BE in any other discipline
