Key Highlights of the MBA in Family Business Programme
- Target Audience: The programme is uniquely designed for business owners, successors, and next-generation leaders preparing to manage, professionalize, expand, and transform family-run enterprises.
- Curriculum & Focus: It integrates core management disciplines (strategy, finance, governance, and digital t
ransformation) with practical components tailored to family enterprises, focusing heavily on succession planning, leadership transitions, and multi-generational growth. - Family Business Labs: The curriculum features six dedicated Family Business Labs across its trimesters, guiding participants through enterprise diagnosis, vision setting, and venture investing. Participants will also develop a long-term 5-to-10-year Business Transformation and Growth Plan.
- Format & Delivery: Conducted primarily on-campus at IIM Lucknow’s Noida campus (with classes held once a month for roughly seven days), the course also integrates global immersion opportunities and engagement with the IIML Enterprise Incubation Centre ecosystem.
