Job brief
Content Writers who can conduct research on related topics, generate ideas for new content types and proofread articles, familiar with producing online content, understand audiences, attract eyeballs and boost readership.
Responsibilities
Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
Proofread and edit grammatical errors before publication
Submit work daily / weekly for input and approval. Ability to meet deadlines
Coordinate with team (phone/VC) to illustrate articles
Conduct simple keyword research (knowledge of SEO guidelines would be an advantage)
Promote content on social media
Identify needs and recommend new topics
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Familiarity with web publications. (Familiar with WordPress would be added advantage)
Skills
Decent writing and editing skills in English (English with no grammatical errors). Have an eye for detail.
Share samples of work/published articles.
Journalism or related fields will be preferred.
