XIDAS has opened its application for both the AICTE approved two(2) years Full -time programme, PGDM and PGDM – RM.
The PGDM (General) offers specialisation in Marketing , Finance and HR. Whereas PGDM – Rural Management pedagogy is structured in such a way that the students learn to adapt the various principles of business management and apply these effectively in building up the rural society of India.

Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates).
- Candidates who are appearing for their final year examination and are awaiting their results may also apply. However, they should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course until then.
- Applicants who have un-cleared backlog papers in graduation, are not eligible to apply.
Admission Procedure:

The shortlisted candidate will be called for an interview & the final selection will be done based on the interview performance.
