Programs Offered & Seat Intake: The institute offers three specialized full-time PGDM tracks on its residential campus, with a total capacity of 180 seats distributed equally across the courses:

PGDM Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Degree: A completed Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years duration) in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum Marks: At least 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) in graduation for General/OBC candidates, and 45% marks for SC/ST/PwD categories.
- Final Year Students: Candidates in their final year of graduation can apply provisionally, provided they complete all degree requirements before the course commencement in July 2026.
- Work Experience: Prior work experience is optional but awards additional weightage points during the final selection process.

Accepted Entrance Exams
- National-level exams: CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, or CUET-PG.
- State-level entrance exams (such as West Bengal’s JEMAT).
- Alternatively, candidates without national test scores can appear for the institute’s internal test—the Bandhan Management Aptitude Test (B-MAT).

Selection Process & Weightage
The application can be submitted online through the official BSB portal with an application processing fee of ₹1,000. Shortlisted profiles are evaluated using a multi-factor system outlined by AICTE:
Entrance Exam Performance: Holds the highest weightage (approx. 35% to 60%).- Academic Record: Consistency across Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation grades.
- GD & PI Performance: Assessment of communication skills and domain knowledge during Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.
- Diversity Factors: Additional marks are allotted for academic diversity, regional/gender diversity, and extra-curricular achievements.
