M Tech Admissions 2025 in Amaravati: All five engineering campuses under Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, offering M.Tech programmes. Admission to all the M.Tech programmes for the year 2024 is based on academic records and performance in the interview. Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria & performance in the interview will be admitted to the first year of the two-year M.Tech programmes.

M Tech Eligibility
Pass with Minimum 60% or CGPA 6.0 in B. E. / B. Tech. / M. Sc. in Engineering or Sciences discipline. The degree should be of relevance to the opted M. Tech. program.
M Tech Selection Process
- Direct admission to GATE qualified students.
- Non GATE qualified students will be admitted based on academic records and performance in interview.
GATE Qualified Candidates:
- GATE Qualified candidates having valid GATE score will be given Direct Admission.
- GATE Qualified candidates are not eligible for Scholarship fees. Scholarship Fees is applicable ONLY for Non-GATE candidates.
Non-GATE Qualified Candidates:
- Selection/ Admission into M.Tech is purely based on the performance in the interview.
- The interview will be conducted once in two weeks time. Candidate will be given the opportunity to attend only one interview based on his first preference of specialization.
