ICSE Topper Arushi Ganguly shares her journey to score a phenomenal 99% in CISCE 10th exams: –
For me, consistency is the key to success. It has to be a steady climb and not a sudden flash. And looking back, I’m filled with immense gratitude for the bedrock that supported me: AM NAIK SCHOOL, POWAI, my inspiring teachers, and my ever-supportive parents. The school’s vision of nurturing all-round development truly resonated with me – that idea of each student shining like a diamond. It wasn’t just about hitting the books; the perfect rhythm of joyful events like Annual Day and the Athletic Meet alongside focused academics with regular tests and exams was the secret sauce that helped me reach that 99% mark. If my school had not created the perfect balance between having fun and getting serious and focusing on regular tests and exams, I would not have been able to achieve a 99%.
Our teachers were true mentors, guiding our every step and cheering on every personal victory. Our Principal, Dr. Madhura Ma’am, who also brought Chemistry to life for us. She had this amazing ability to ensure we were not just academically prepared, but also mentally and emotionally ready to tackle those exams.
Beyond the classroom, my childhood passions for writing, art, and dance became vital outlets, creating a crucial balance with my studies. This, I believe, is a cornerstone of true success. Interestingly, Literature in English and Biology weren’t just subjects for me; they were sources of genuine joy. When you truly connect with what you’re learning, excelling becomes a natural consequence. Of course, everyone’s learning journey is unique, and discovering your own rhythm is key.
Ultimately, this achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my teachers, the endless encouragement of my parents, and a touch of grace from the Almighty. My heartfelt gratitude to each of them.
Arushi Ganguly’s remarkable resilience, discipline, and perseverance have earned her an outstanding achievement—scoring 99% across all subjects (including a stellar 100/100 marks in English literature) English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science ( with a score of 100/100 in chemistry and biology), and Social Sciences. She now goes on to prepare for the ambitious NEET-UG under Narayana’s Neet CO program and aspires to contribute in the field of medicine in the future. We wholeheartedly applaud Arushi for her exceptional performance and extend our best wishes for continued success in all her future endeavors.
