Manipal University, Jaipur:  Manipal University is part of the Manipal Education Group, which has its heritage in Higher education for 60 years . Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh : PEC ( deemed to be University)offers 8 undergraduate, B. Tech Programmes and 14 Post Graduate M.Tech Programmes. Apart from it the Institution also started its PhD programmes in various disciplines. In 1921 , PEC was established in Lahore, Pakistan later on moved to Chandigarh became a deemed university and became PEC University of Technology in 2009 .
