The Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Atish Chattopadhyay as its new Director. This would be his second stint at the institute as Director.

He was the Founding Vice Chancellor of Vijaybhoomi University (VU), where he pioneered the liberal-professional curriculum framework based on the multiple-intelligence model.

Dr. Chattopadhyay, brings a wealth of experience in management education, having previously held leadership positions in leading institutions of India as Director – IMT Ghaziabad, Dean – MICA, Ahmedabad and as Deputy Director at SPJIMR, Mumbai. During his tenure, JAGSoM emerged as one of the top B-Schools from India with an international profile – accredited by AACSB and ranked in QS World Masters Rankings. Dr. Atish led the re-accreditation of JAGSoM in two campuses – Bangalore and Vijaybhoomi University, Karjat, Greater Mumbai.

The proposed integration of IMT campus at Dubai with IMT Ghaziabad will mark a significant milestone for Indian business education, positioning IMT Ghaziabad as a unique Indian business school with an international campus. This strategic move aims to enhance global exposure and collaboration opportunities for students, faculty and industry partners.

IMT Ghaziabad achieved updated placement records this year for its PGDM and PGDM DCP Programme. The Highest CTC was Rs. 62.86 LPA. The Average CTC was Rs. 17.2 LPA.
