The statistics for this year consisted of the average CTC at Rs. 25.68 LPA, while the median CTC stood at Rs 24.50 LPA. The highest compensation offered on campus stood at Rs. 1 crore per annum.

In comparison, as per last year’s placement report, the average compensation for the 2021-2023 batch was Rs 30.21 lakh and the median compensation was Rs 27.2 lakh. The highest domestic package was Rs 1.14 crore.

Consulting led the pack with 25% of the total offers being made while Finance made 19% and came second along with Sales and Marketing also pegged at 19%. This year IT and Analytics attracted 12% of the cohorts. Of the total count of Offers made 1/4th consisted of Management and HR.
