The questions were thoughtful and focused not only on academics but also on understanding my personality, values, and life experiences. I particularly appreciated the question where I was asked to share a real-life struggle and the lessons I learned from it. This made the interview engaging and meaningful.
What impressed me the most was the supportive approach of the interviewers. They listened attentively, provided constructive guidance, and encouraged me to express my thoughts clearly. Their feedback was helpful and showed their genuine interest in the growth and development of students.
Overall, the interview was professional, interactive, and insightful. It gave me a very positive impression of the college and its student-focused culture. I am grateful for the opportunity and appreciate the time and effort the panel invested in the process.
Shravani Khare, MBA Aspirants
Hello, my name is Shravani. I would like to share my recent experience of an interview conducted in IMDR Pune campus on 4 june 2026.
This was my very first experience that came close to an interview. At first, I was asked very brief questions about myself, related to Education and if I had work experience, also how I got to know about IMDR.

Later on a very elaborate question was asked about a particular event in my life and how it impacted me. ( if i recall that correctly ) I was taken aback at the moment because I never expected a question so simple yet so complex at the same time. I think I kept blabbering for a while as I was caught off guard. I think I might have flunked the interview but also at the same time it gave me an opportunity to think about the major and minor events in my life and how they have impacted me and altered my life and personality. Overall it was a great experience.
