I studied engineering and got placed in a IT company with a decent salary. I worked there for 2 years and my parents asked me to get settled I asked myself whether I am satisfied with what I have now ? No, something was kicking behind my brain to do more and be free.
I wanted to become an entrepreneur and switch from employee to employer. But everything takes time and I needed more knowledge in terms of business. I wanted some decent college which has good placement, industrial exposure, standard curriculum and a good environment to study. So I decided TSM (Thiagarajar School of Management ) would be my good choice because of it’s good reputation in south India with decent placements and its low fees when compared with other colleges. Now I am enjoying my life by learning new and innovative things from my peers and faculties.
The stay and study has made us together as a TSM family where people of different expertise, diverse educational and geographical background. We understand the real-time scenarios of market by analysing the Harvard Case Studies. We have many clubs of technical and non technical where the real time learning happens. You can learn how to influence people by negotiation and see the results directly which is very important in business. We follow trimester pattern to be at par with IIM’s and IIT’s. All the opportunities are provided to us to interact with industries of grassroot level and gain knowledge . So it’s up to us to enjoy the ride.
