For the majority of the programs, admission is done through National level entrance examination conducted by SRM Institute of Science and Technology (formerly known as SRM University) or authorised /statutory boards or agencies.

Points to know and refer for the application process

• The online application is for admission to MBA program’s offered in SRM IST Chennai (Kattankulathur, Vadapalani, Ramapuram, Tiruchirappalli), Delhi – NCR Campus – Ghaziabad (UP), and SRM AP, Andhra Pradesh.
• Admission will be done through SRM Joint Entrance Examination for Management (SRMJEEM) followed by a Personal Interview. Students with eligible entrance scores in CAT/SAT/MAT/GMAT/NMAT/CMAT/TANCET may also apply.
• Exam Fee is Rs.1200/- for each phase and it is Non-Refundable. There would be 3 different phases of SRMJEEM conducted. If the candidate wishes to take the SRMJEEM exam more than once, he/she can fill the required application form with respect to each phase.
• Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.

Eligibility 

For all the 2 yr – MBA Programs the SRM follows a standard Eligibility.

1. A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%
2.  Admission will be done through SRM Joint Entrance Examination for Management (SRMJEEM) followed by a Personal Interview. Students with eligible entrance scores in CAT/SAT/MAT/GMAT/NMAT/CMAT/TANCET may also apply.
3.  Preference would be given to candidates with work experience.
