UP NEET UG counselling: The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, will declare the first round seat allotment results for 85% state quota seats in the Uttar Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (UP NEET UG) counselling 2025.
Candidates who registered and submitted their choices for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) courses in government and private medical or dental colleges across the state will be able to check their allotment status at the official website: upneet.gov.in.
NEET UG Cut-off Rises for All Categories and MCC Counselling Process
Only applicants who completed document verification and paid the registration fee within the specified timeline were allowed to fill in their college preferences. As per the revised state merit list, a total of 32,230 candidates qualified for UP NEET UG 2025 counselling, with an additional 1,531 students added for state-level seat allocation this year.
Candidates will be able to download their seat allotment letters from August 18 to 23 and again from August 25 to 26.

UP NEET UG 2025 Round 1 seat allotment: Refund policy If a candidate allotted a seat in the first round wishes to withdraw, they must submit their resignation up to two days before the choice-filling window for the second round opens. Those who resign before the free exit deadline will have their security deposit refunded. Students allotted government colleges will have all deposits except admission fees refunded, while those allotted private colleges will receive a tuition fee refund.
