18 October, 2025, Bengaluru: The Summer Placement process (SIP) for the PGP and PGP-BA 2025-27 cohorts at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) successfully concluded with all 601 participating students securing offers from 137 organizations during the placement week from October 13-18, 2025. Students received offers across diverse domains, including Consulting, Finance, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, General Management, and Analytics.

Marking a record high, Management Consulting accounted for 46% of all offers, up from 38% last year. Roles in Investment Banking and E-commerce domains, in particular, saw a notable increase, while offers from the Healthcare sector rose by over 70% (23 offers). Nearly 30% of the participating organisations were first-time recruiters.

Legacy recruiters from Conglomerate, FMCG and General Management continue to hire in big numbers. We would also like to highlight the record number of offers made by Accenture Strategy this year.”
