Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on competitive entrance cutoffs (typically 80+ percentile in CAT or 75+ percentile in XAT) combined with past academic consistency.
Personal Assessment Rounds: Shortlisted candidates participate in Group Discussion (GD), Written Ability Test (WAT), and Personal Interview (PI) sessions.
Final Merit List: Final selection weights performance across CAT/XAT scores, GD/WAT/PI performance, academic background, and relevant work experience.
