MBA Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
SVKM’s NMIMS Appoints Strategy Scholar Prof. Sougata Ray as Vice Chancellor
- Completion of Degree/Exams: Candidates appearing for their final year Bachelor’s degree exams are eligible to apply. However, all examinations must be completed before the commencement of the NMIMS program.
- University Discretion: If a candidate’s graduating university schedules final examinations during or after the start of the NMIMS academic session, admission will be granted strictly at the university’s discretion.

Selection and MBA Admission Process
Step 1: NMAT by GMAC 2026 Registration
Applicants must complete registration for NMAT by GMAC on mba.com between August 20, 2026, and October 10, 2026.
IMT Nagpur Opens Application for PGDM Admission 2027–29 Batch
Step 2: NMIMS Portal Registration
Candidates must separately apply on the official NMIMS application portal (nmims.edu) and select NMIMS Bangalore as a campus preference prior to taking the exam.
IMT Hyderabad Open Applications for PGDM Batch 2027–29
Step 3: Shortlisting & Second Stage
NMIMS will declare shortlists based on overall and sectional NMAT scores. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the second stage of selection, which includes a Competency Assessment (WAT/Psychometric Test) and a Personal Interview (PI).
