CCMT consists of two counselling rounds: regular and special.
Candidates can register until June 7, with choice filling and fee payment resolution closing on June 10. The result for round 1 seat allotment will be declared on June 12.

M Tech Eligibility Criteria
A candidate to be eligible for M.Tech./M.Arch./M. Plan. programme:
- Must have a valid GATE Score of the year 2024/2025/2026
- Candidates should have passed the qualifying degree from a recognized University/Institute and secured at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% for GEN / EWS / OBC, whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC / ST / PwD candidates. Conversion from CGPA to percentage or vice versa given by individual Institute/university will not be considered / allowed.
- Only primary mode of evaluation (CGPA or percentage) as mentioned in the qualifying degree certificate/mark sheet shall be considered while verifying eligibility.

- In case, result of qualifying degree is awaited, provisional admission is permitted to a candidate subject to meeting above minimum qualifying degree requirements latest by September 15, 2022. In these cases, all exams should have been completed by July 15, 2022.
- A certificate from the head of current institute (format given in the CCMT website) to that effect should be submitted during document verification.
Work Experience
Sponsored candidates should have a minimum experience of two years in the relevant field from the same organization and must be sponsored by their employers.
Short-listing / Selection Criteria: The admission to M.Tech. / M.Arch. Programmes under Sponsored category will be based on written test /online personal Interview conducted by the respective departments. Mere call for Test and Interview does not guarantee admission.
Original Certificates to be produced at the time of admission:
1. Admission letter received from NIT, Surat
2. Degree/provisional certificate
3. Consolidated Grade or mark sheet of qualifying degree examinations
4. Transfer certificate issued by the institute last studied
5. Migration certificate
6. OBC/EWS certificate issued on or after 01.04.2022 by the competent authority, if applicable
7. SC/ST certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable
8. Certificate for PWD candidates issued by the Medical Board notified under PWD Act.
