IIM Lucknow Placements 2026. Highest Domestic CTC offered Rs. 1 Cr
- Consulting Dominating: Management and Strategy Consulting remains the largest recruiter, often absorbing 35–45% of the batch at top B-schools like IIMs and SPJIMR.
- Sector Shifts: While BFSI and FMCG remain staples, there is a massive surge in hiring for Product Management, Business Analytics, and AI Strategy roles.
- Domestic Packages: Domestic offers at the IIM C and IIM L have consistently crossed the ₹1.1–1.4 Crore mark, with IIM Calcutta recording a top domestic package of ₹1.45 Crore.
- Highest Packages: For the MBA 2026 Batch the highest package proffered in Crore by XLRI, IIM Calcutta and IIM Lucknow.
TAPMI MBA Placements 2026: Average CTC Holds Steady at ₹13.92 LPA, Highest Package at ₹32.02 LPA
B Schools Placements Highlights
- IIM Calcutta: Continued its streak with 100% placements. While known as the “Finance Campus,” Consulting actually emerged as the top sector with 206 offers. The highest domestic package reached 145 LPA.
- IIM Lucknow: Successfully placed 559 students. Accenture was the top recruiter with 57 offers. The institute saw a significant jump in its highest domestic offer to 1 Crore per annum.
- SPJIMR Mumbai: Despite increasing the batch size to 356, the average CTC rose to Rs. 33.75 LPA. 46% of the batch secured Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs).
- XLRI (Jamshedpur & Delhi): Maintained strong parity across both campuses. The highest international package was Rs. 1.1 Cr, and 42.5% of the students received PPOs.
- IIM Mumbai: Marked its second year as an IIM with a record Rs. 71.4 LPA highest domestic package. Being in the financial capital, it saw a 33% increase in BFSI roles.
- IMT Ghaziabad: The BFSI sector was the primary driver, accounting for 24% of all offers. The average salary for the top 100 students was significantly higher at 24.57 LPA. The overall average package offered is Rs. 18.89 LPA
- TAPMI Manipal: Achieved 100% placement for its specialist programs (HRM, BKFS, Marketing). The BKFS (Banking and Financial Services) program recorded a higher average of 14.73 LPA.
