Updated as on Feb 26, 2021. Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE will conduct the CTET 2020 Exam on January 31, 2021. The Board has released CTET 2020 Exam Date on the official site of CTET ctet.nic.in on November 4, 2020. Candidates can check the official notice for the Central Teachers Eligibility Test on the official site and other details in the note attached below.
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will start the application process for the CTET 2020 examination from tomorrow, January 24th, according to reports. The official notification will be released and the application process will be conducted at CTET’s official website, CBSE will conduct the CTET 2020 examination on July 5th, 2020 and the application process can be submitted on or before February 24th, 2020. The fees can be submitted for offline payment until February 27th, 2020.
The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the 14th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 05-07-2020 (Sunday). The test will be conducted in 20 (Twenty) languages in 112 cities all over the country.The new exam cities where CTET would be conducted are Lakhimpur, Nagaon, Begusarai, Gopalganj, Purnia, Rohtas, Saharsa, Saran, Bhilai/ Durg, Bilaspur, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Ludhiana, Ambedkar Nagar, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Deoria, Gonda, Mainpuri, Pratapgarh, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur and Udham Singh Nagar.
CBSE CTET Result 2021 declared: T he Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday, February 26, declared the result for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on its official website. Out of 16,11,423 registered candidates for Paper 1, 12,47, 217 appeared and 4,14,798 qualified the exam. For Paper 2, 11,04,454 candidates out of 14,47,551 registered candidates appeared and 2,39,501 qualified.

CTET syllabus 2020 has not been released by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) yet. However, the CTET exam comprises questions from subjects such as Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (compulsory), Language II (compulsory), Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Science, and Social Studies/Social Sciences.
Candidates need to appear for CTET 2020 in order to be appointed as teachers from Class I to Class VIII. CTET exam comprises two papers – Paper-I and Paper-II. Aspirants need to appear for CTET Paper-I if they want to be appointed as teachers for Classes I to V. Paper-II of the exam needs to be given by candidates who plan to teach Classes VI to VIII.
