Before joining RV University, He was the director of IIM Raipur. He was also the Professor of Management at IIM Kozhikode and is currently in the governing council of AIIMS Raipur, HNLU Raipur and IGNFA Dehradun. He has also taught at XLRI Jamshedpur, LBSNAA Mussoorie, international academic roles in Denmark, Nigeria, Singapore, and the UAE.
He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University Doctorate in Management (Finance & Control) from IIM Calcutta (2002).
