Today we are comparing : IIM Indore, NITIE (IIM Mumbai), IIM Kozhikode, and SIBM Pune.
Both IIM Indore and Kozhikode were formed in 1996, whereas NITIE was formed in 1963, but this year itself NITIE officially gets the name tag of IIM Mumbai. SIBM Pune was formed in the year 1980. As per the NIRF 2023 Rankings, IIM Kozhikode comes at 3, Mumbai and Indore at 7 & 8 and SIBM, Pune at 19.
All the Institutions offer Residential Programme in their respective Campuses with their respective flagship Programs of MBA and PGDM with intake capacities as 450 at Indore, 400 at IIM Mumbai and 550 at IIM Kozhikode whereas it is 240 for SIBM, Pune. All the IIMs consider CAT exam score and their cut -off is 90 percentile. SIBM, Pune accepts its own test Score of SNAP only.

IIM Mumbai (NITIE) Opens Applications for MBA Admission 2024
In terms of Tuition fees IIM Indore and Kozhikode have a fee of Rs 20.5 Lakh, for IIM Mumbai its Rs 21 Lakh and for SIBM, Pune its Rs 23 Lakh for the Final Placement it is IIM Kozhikode which surges ahead at an Avg CTC of Rs 31LPA, followed closely by IIM Indore at Rs 30.20 and IIM Mumbai (Formerly known as NITIE) at Rs 27.7LPA. For SIBM,Pune teh Avg CTC for 2023 was Rs 26.6LPA. In terms of highest CTC IIM Indore this year was capped at Rs 1.14 Cr and IIM Kozhikode at Rs 78LPA.
