Designed as a two-year weekend MBA program, PGPEM allows mid-career and senior working executives to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IIM Bangalore without interrupting their corporate careers.

PGPEM Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 50% aggregate marks) or equivalent professional qualification (CA/ICWA/CS).
- Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of full-time work experience as of June 30, 2027.
- Qualifying Entrance Test: Valid score in CAT, GRE, GMAT, or the IIMB Test (an online proctored test conducted directly by IIM Bangalore).
Selection Parameters: Shortlisted candidates are evaluated based on entrance test performance, academic history, quality of work experience, and personal interview.
