1. Eligibility and Seat Distribution
- Academic Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD) and must be Indian citizens.
- Seat Capacity: The intake is set at 300 seats
- Gender Diversity: 70% of seats are gender-neutral. The remaining 30% may include Supernumerary Girls (SNG) seats to promote a healthy gender ratio.

2. Shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI)
IIM Bodh Gaya participates in the Common Admission Process (CAP 2026), which will conduct offline interviews. Shortlisting is based on CAT 2025 sectional and total percentile cutoffs.

3. Final Merit List Criteria
To be considered for the merit list, candidates must meet a Minimum Performance Requirement (MPR) in the PI. The final score is weighted as follows:
- CAT 2025 Score: 50%: IIM Bodh Gaya will use CAT 2025 score (scaled score, not the percentile) Overall CAT score

4. Documentation and Fees
- Work Experience: Must be supported by appointment letters, salary slips, and bank statements showing transfers from the firm’s account. Cash salaries and UPI-based transfers are not accepted.
Admission Costs:
- Expression of Interest (EoI): ₹20,000.
- Offer Acceptance Fee: ₹80,000.
- Withdrawal: A ₹1,000 processing fee applies if withdrawn by the specified date; no refund is provided after registration.
