Indore: The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM-I) celebrated a significant academic milestone on Saturday as it hosted a graduation ceremony for 135 students. The event was highlighted by the passing out of the institute’s very first batch of the Master of Management Studies (MMS) program.

A total of 135 graduates were honored during the ceremony:

73 participants received degrees for the Executive Management Programme – Master of Management Studies (MMS).

62 students were awarded their Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) degrees.

The ceremony was attended by IIM Indore Director, Professor Himanshu Rai, along with faculty members, staff, and program chairs including Prof. Nishit Sinha (EMP-MMS) and Prof. Aditya Maheshwari (IPM).

Addressing the graduates, Professor Himanshu Rai emphasized the importance of resilience in a modern, unpredictable economy. “The world today is increasingly BANI—brittle, anxious, nonlinear, and incomprehensible,” Rai remarked. “To navigate this reality, you must respond with bravery, adaptability, networking, and introspection. These qualities will allow you to lead with resilience despite global uncertainties.”
