MICA Summer placements 2026: The Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) completed its Summer Internship placements (SIP) for the PGP batch 2024 -26. MICA, a marketing and communication institute in Ahmedabad achieved a record highest stipend of Rs. 5 lakh for a two-month internship offered during summer placements for the 2024-26 batch.

This is a 10% growth compared to the Rs. 4.55 lakh offered last year. The placement process participation of recruiters like Google India, Accenture S&C, IBM, Hindustan Lever, MasterCard, L’Oreal, Nivea, Puma India, Coca-Cola Company, Titan, and HSBC among others saw average stipends rise by 4.5% to Rs. 1.58 lakh for the two-month internship period.
- The top 25 students secured an average stipend of Rs. 4,20,072 against Rs. 3,63,800 last year
- The top 50 received an average stipend of Rs. 3,48,368, up from Rs. 3,01,820.
- The median stipend also saw an increase, reaching Rs 1,22,000 compared to last year’s Rs. 1,20,000 .
The institute has successfully placed all from the 31st batch of its flagship PGDM-C and PGDM programmes.
FMCG, IT/ITES, BFSI, and consulting firms have been among the most enthusiastic recruiters, reflecting the shift toward data-driven marketing, digital transformation, and customer-centric strategies. This year, the internship roles spanned across diverse domains like Sales and Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, Sports Marketing, Media Procurement, E-commerce, Corporate Communications, Product Management, D2C Product Marketing, Market Research, Product, Management Trainee, Consulting, Associate Consultant, Retail Operations and Marketing and many more, the statement added.
MICA Placements 2024: Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) completed its final placements for the PGP batch 2024. MICA achieved 100% placement again this year with the Highest CTC of Rs. 35.50 LPA, Average CTC of Rs. 19,21,535 LPA, and Median CTC of Rs. 18 LPA.
