Management Consulting remains the top career choice among students, accounting for 41% of the offers, followed by Technology/Product Management and Investment Banking. Other prominent sectors that recruited our MBA students include FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Conglomerates, Fintech, Healthcare, and Manufacturing, spanning functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, general management, product management, operations, and analytics.
According to the Student Placement Committee, “With the largest batch among all IIMs, this placement season witnessed strong participation from both legacy as well as new recruiters, with about 30% being first-time recruiters. We also secured 100-plus offers in the Lateral Placement Process (for candidates with more than 18 months of work experience), the highest among the top B-schools in India. This season stands as a testament to our Institute’s strong industry standing and the deep trust recruiters place in our students.”
