Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIM Jammu) successfully completed 100% summer internship placements (SIP) of its MBA Batch of 2020-22. The 5th Batch of the institute’s flagship program comprises 223 students, With more than 116 companies visiting us, IIM Jammu is becoming one of the preferred campuses for recruiters. Recruiters from several sectors like Automotive, FinTech, Consulting, Logistics, Media, Healthcare, IT, FMCG, Real Estate, etc visited the campus for placements and offered roles like Growth Hacker Marketing, Equity Research, Strategy Consulting, Brand Management, and Executive Operations.

Some of the prominent recruiters for this year include – Vedanta, Optum, Amul, Parle, Bosch, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, Outlook Group, S&P Global, V-Guard, Noveltech, Sodexo, among others. A total of 223 offers were made out of which 30 offers were selfsourced.

The highest stipend offered is INR 3,00,000.
The top quartile stipend offered is INR 93,243.
The average stipend offered is INR 44,829.
