Eligibility Criteria
As On 30th September 2023, minimum 25 years of age and 3 years of post qualification experience. Minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent with 50% overall at degree level.

Shortlisting process: For shortlisting candidates, the following criteria will be followed:
- Academic performance at senior secondary level.
- Academic performance at Bachelors’ level or equivalent.
- Composite score for work experience varies on the basis of experience of the candidate as on 30th September, 2023.
- Diversity factor to be considered only when the prospective candidate is a woman or belongs to a non-engineering background.
Personal Interview
The candidate has to appear before an interview panel. The candidate will be evaluated on 5 parameters namely, Richness of Industry Experience, Communication Skills, Leadership Aptitude, Team Spirit and Ethical Orientation.
Final Selection is based on Personal Interview and the Profile.
