PhD Eligibility Criteria
- Academic: Master’s degree or 2-year PG Diploma with 60% marks, OR a 4-year/8-semester Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 6.5 CGPA.
- Professional: CA/ICWA/CS with a Bachelor’s degree (60% marks).
- Entrance Exams: Valid scores in CAT (2023–2025), GMAT, GRE, GATE, or JRF (UGC/CSIR).
- IIMSAT Option: If you do not have the above scores, you can opt to take the IIM Sambalpur Aptitude Test (IIMSAT).
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as of June 30, 2026.
Financial Support
- Monthly Stipend: ₹40,000 per month (Years 1 & 2) and ₹45,000 per month after clearing the Comprehensive Exam (Years 3 & 4).
- Contingency Grant: Annual grant for books and research materials.
- Conference Funding: Support for presenting research at national and international conferences.
- Executive PhD for Working Professionals: Designed for senior leaders to earn a doctoral degree while continuing their professional roles.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-time managerial or professional work experience as of March 31, 2026.
- Format: Non-residential; requires periodic campus visits for coursework and thesis defense.
- Selection: Based on Academic Record, Work Experience, Statement of Purpose (SOP), and Personal Interview.
