ISB SIP Report 2025: The Indian School of Business (ISB) has released the summer internship reports for the inaugural 2025–27 cohort of its Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL). ISB Placement: According to the official statement, students received more than 175 internship offers from 38 companies across multiple sectors. The average stipend stood at Rs. 3.2 lakh, while the highest stipend offered was Rs 7.3 lakh.
Sector-wise participation and trends: Consulting firms accounted for the largest share of internship opportunities, contributing 47% of total offers. Accenture made 37 offers, making it the top recruiter. McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, and Boston Consulting Group together extended 19 offers.
EY-Parthenon, PwC, and Deloitte USI also participated, offering roles in areas such as strategy, analytics, and business transformation.
Assignments in finance, investment advisory, and private equity made up 19% of the internship pool. Organisations participating included Jefferies, Mastercard, Barclays, Sorin Investments, DSP Asset Managers, JM Financial, Motilal Oswal, and Axis Bank.
