Vyakriti will centre on the theme “Expanding Possibilities: Product Leadership in AI-Era”. As artificial intelligence continues to redefine industries and reshape value creation, the conclave aims to explore how product leaders can harness AI responsibly while driving innovation, scalability and customer-centric transformation. The discussions will highlight the strategic integration of emerging technologies, the evolution of digital products and the leadership capabilities required to navigate the AI-driven landscape.

The conclave will feature distinguished speakers, including Mr Vikram Gupta, Vice President Technology, Coforge. A technologist and former entrepreneur with over two decades of technology experience, he leads the Product Engineering practice at Coforge, driving cloud-native and AI-driven solutions for global enterprises. The conclave also hosts Ms Shilpa Singh, Director of Technology, Virtusa. An alumna of IIM Bangalore with leadership roles across Microsoft, IBM, Cisco and Salesforce, she is currently advancing AI-led transformation initiatives while working on innovative technology solutions with real-world impact. Joining them will be Mr Ashish V, Senior Vice President, Technology, eClerx. With over 20 years of cross-functional experience and AI-driven analytics, he has led large-scale digital transformation programmes and developed industry-recognised AI-enabled platforms for global clients.
Post lunch, the institute will host Aarohan, under the theme “Choices, Character and Credibility that Define Leaders”. The summit will examine the foundational principles that shape enduring leadership, focusing on ethical decision-making, personal integrity and the long-term credibility that defines impactful leaders in uncertain times.
