How to Download JEE Main Admit cards
- Official Website: Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Login Credentials: You will need your Application Number and Date of Birth (or Password).
- Check the Barcode: Ensure the QR Code and Barcode are clearly visible on the printed copy, as these are essential for scanning at the center.

Key Exam Details
- Exam Dates: April 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8 (Paper 1 – B.E./B.Tech) and April 7 (Paper 2 – B.Arch/B.Plan).
- Shift Timings:
- Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Reporting usually starts at 7:30 AM).
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Reporting usually starts at 1:30 PM).

To avoid any last-minute stress, keep these items ready in a transparent folder:
- Printed Admit Card: Preferably a color printout.
- Self-Declaration (Undertaking): Downloaded with the admit card, filled in, and signed (except for the thumb impression/candidate signature which may need to be done in front of the invigilator).
- Valid Photo ID: Original Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID.
- Passport Size Photo: The same one used in your application form (for the attendance sheet).
- Transparent Pen: A simple ballpoint pen.
- Water Bottle: Must be transparent.
Important Guidelines
- Dress Code: Avoid clothes with large buttons, heavy jewelry, or shoes with thick soles.
- Prohibited Items: No electronic gadgets (smartwatches, phones, calculators) or even simple wristwatches are allowed.
Reporting Time: Arrive at least 60–90 minutes before the start time. The gates close strictly 30 minutes before the exam begins.
