• Work Experience: While fresh graduates can apply, top B-schools award candidate preference points during personal interviews for relevant work experience (typically 12–36 months).

1. Entrance Exam Score: Shortlisting based on cut-offs in CAT, XAT, NMAT, or SNAP.
2. GD-WAT-PI Rounds: Shortlisted candidates must undergo Group Discussion (GD) or Written Ability Test (WAT), followed by a Personal Interview (PI). Final merit lists factor in entrance scores, academic history (10th, 12th, graduation), gender diversity, and work experience.
