Online PGDM Programme: The two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Online) is approved by the AICTE, Government of India.

MDI Programme Structure

The two-year PGDM(Online) is approved by the AICTE, Government of India. It is patterned along the same lines as the flagship PGDM programme of MDI Gurgaon.

The first year of the programme will comprise eight modules of six weeks each. Core (compulsory) courses worth 44 credits would be covered in this year.

Elective courses are offered in the second year of the programme over three modules of 12 weeks each.
The final module is dedicated to an end-of-programme capstone dissertation

During the second year of study, participants may choose from 30 electives to attain a major and minor specialization in any of the following functional areas:

PGDM Online Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates must have 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII.
The candidate must have minimum 3-year Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared as deemed to be University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
In addition to the existing requirements, candidates applying to PGDM (Online) must have a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience as on 30th June 2026, after completing their Bachelor’s degree.
