NIBM PGDM Admission 2026:  The National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), Pune opened an online application form for admission into the PGDM batch 2026 -28. The last date for receiving online application at NIBM is March 20, 2026 before 5.30 PM. The candidates should apply online for PGDM (B&FS) to NIBM. The application has to be filled online.

The Oral communication Test and Personal interview (OCT&PI) will be conducted offline for shortlisted candidates only. Candidates need to select the preferred city for OCT& PI round while applying for the NIBM Admission. The options are limited to a few cities chosen by NIBM.

Graduate candidates with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA are eligible to apply for NIBM PGDM Admission. Selection of candidates is done on the basis of CAT/ GMAT scores followed by the Writing Ability Test and Interview in selected centres.  NIBM Pune is the top 10 B Schools of India for MBA in Finance. NIBM Eligibility criteria

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) or equivalent CGPA, awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualiication recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the bachelor’s degree would be calculated based on the practice followed by the university/institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree. In case the candidates are awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of grades/CGPA to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certiied by the university/institution from where they have obtained the bachelor’s degree. In case the university/ institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

PGDM Admission Procedure

Interested candidates can check the procedure of admission and requisite documents required for the process in the official website. Candidates failing to comply with directions given by the institute will not be allowed to join the programme.

• Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM (B&FS) of NIBM should appear for CAT/GMAT .
• Candidates short-listed on the basis of CAT/GMAT scores will be called for a Writing Ability Test and Interview in selected centers. Shortlisted applicants may have to take additional written tests if required at a later stage.
• IIMs or any other Institutions will have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme.

PGDM Selection Process: The selection of candidates for admission will be based on Scores arrived at in the Screening Process, Personal Interview, Writing Ability Test/Oral Communication Test, Academic Performance, Participation in extracurricular activities and Work experience.

Academic Performance: Marks secured in HSC and SSC may be considered for assessing academic performance.
