SIBM Pune SIP 2020 Batch: Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Pune successfully completed summer internship placement season for the 41st MBA class of 2018-20. According to report, more than 70 companies from diverse sectors visited campus for internship recruitment for various specializations (Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations). There were around 197 offers for 180 students. Average stipend offer has been INR 1.66 lacs (14% higher than 2017-19 batch). The highest stipend offered was INR 3 Lacs. The average stipend figures for the top 50 offers has been INR 2.54 lacs and for top 100, it stood at INR 2.18 Lacs. Out of 70 companies, 26 were first timers in the campus. Asian Paints Limited, Britannia Industries Limited, Dabur, Henkel Adhesives, Metro Cash and carry India, Mother dairy Fruit and vegetable limited were top recruiters in the FMCG/FMCD Sector while in BFSI Sector, Aviva Life insurance, Credit Suisse, Barclays, HSBC Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, J P Morgan Chase and Co. gave away the top offers.

In technology sector Accenture, Capgemini, Cisco, Google, Intel India were listed. Others recruiters mentioned were Aditya Birla group, Godrej Industries, Cummins, L& T, Mahindra, Abbott India etc.
