NEET UG Eligibility & Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2026 (born on or before Dec 31, 2009). There is no upper age limit.
- Education: Passed or appearing in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
- Minimum Marks (PCB): General (50%), OBC/SC/ST (40%), PwBD (45%).
- New Mandatory Features: This year, NTA has introduced Aadhaar-based eKYC and live photo capture during the application process. Ensure your Aadhaar details are updated.

- Official Portal: Visit neet.nta.nic.in
- Registration: Click on “New Registration” to generate your application number and password.
- Form Filling: Log in to enter personal details, academic qualifications, and select your preferred exam city (up to 4 choices).
- Document Upload: You will need a recent photograph, scanned signature, and address proof.
- Payment: Complete the transaction and download the Confirmation Page for your records.
