MCC Counselling 2025: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced that Round 2 counselling for NEET UG 2025 will begin on August 29. This round is meant for candidates who either did not secure a seat in Round 1 or wish to upgrade their allotted seat. The entire process will be conducted online through the official portal — mcc.nic.in.

To participate, candidates will need to log in using their NEET UG 2025 roll number and password. MCC has stated that the detailed revised schedule for Round 2 will be published shortly on the official website.

According to the official notice released by MCC, Round 2 counselling will commence on August 29. The complete schedule, including choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting dates, will be made available soon on the MCC website.

NEET UG Counselling 2025: Who is eligible to apply for Round 2?

Round 2 is open for candidates who fall into the following criteria:

–Candidates who did not register or participate in Round 1.

–Those who registered in Round 1 but were not allotted a seat.

–Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 but did not report to the allotted college.

–Applicants who wish to upgrade their Round 1 seat.

However, candidates who have already accepted their Round 1 seat and reported to the allotted institute are not eligible for Round 2.

For offline reporting after seat allotment, candidates are required to carry a set of essential documents. These include both academic certificates and identification proofs, along with other supporting documents as applicable at individual level:
