Dr. (Prof.) Sangeeta Shah Bharadwaj will be leading MDI Gurgaon (MDI (Management Development Institute, Gurgaon). Dr. Sangeeta who is a popular figure in the academic circle, having exposure to industry and academia, shall be taking charge as acting Director officially from Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Chakrabarti, existing Director of MDI Gurgaon, soon.
Dr. (Prof.) Sangeeta Shah Bharadwaj joined MDI Gurgaon in May 2001 and during her long stint with MDI, she has served as a faculty of Information Management, Dean Administration, Quality and Compliance and also held the position of Dean Executive Education and Chairperson Digital Infrastructure. As Dean (AQC) she led projects related to National and International accreditations. As Chairperson Digital Infrastructure, she has successfully implemented Oracle Peoplesoft ERP at MDI, RFID project of Library, Document Management System, RFID project of Fixed Assets etc. She has served as jury member for evaluating the Digital transformation projects of public sector enterprises and served as Member Board of Studies, USMS GGSIP University.

Before joining MDI Gurgaon, She was professor at FORE School of Management, Delhi and BITS Pilani. Prior to joining MDI she has been working as a CEO of Sunrise Industries, U.S.A. Prof. Sangeeta, did her M.SC (Maths), M.M.S. (Master of Management Studies), M.E.(Systems and Information) and Ph.D. from BITS, Pilani.
Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Chakrabarti who was serving as Professor and Dean at the Jindal Global Business School, O P Jindal Global University, was appointed as the Director of MDI Gurgaon with effect from June 2021.
