The curriculum consists of core Management subjects like Finance, HR, Marketing, Analytics and Technology along with Insurance Subjects viz. General Insurance, Life Insurance, Re-Insurance and Pension. Upper age limit is 28 years for General / OBC – NC candidates, and 30 years for SC/ST/DA candidates as on 1 July 2023.

PGDM Eligibility: Applicants should have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks. Students who are in the final year of their undergraduate program may also apply, 
provided that they can furnish their examination results by June 30, 2026. He/She should have appeared for CAT 2025 / XAT 2026 / CMAT 2026 and scored the requisite cut off percentiles as specified in the Qualifying Criteria of NIA as follows: CAT 75 percentile/ XAT 80 percentile & CMAT 95 percentile for open Category.
Age Criteria: 28 years for General, EWS, OBC-NC candidates and 30 years for SC/ST/PWD candidates as on 1st July 2026.
Hostel & Boarding Charges : Rs.2,00,000 for One year (Hostel facility is for First year only)
NIA Pune Selection Procedure ~Selection to PGDM of NIA shall be based on the following criteria:
• Past academic record
• Performance in CAT / XAT / CMAT
• Performance in Group Discussion & Personal Interview including knowledge of English & weightage for work
experience.
