The BFSI sector followed closely with 25%, featuring names like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and D.E. Shaw. Conglomerates such as Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Industries, and RPG Group contributed 17% of the offers. FMCG/FMCD companies like PepsiCo, ITC, and Marico made up 7%, while e-commerce players Amazon and PhonePe accounted for 5%. Pharma and healthcare firms, including Cipla and Dr. Reddy’s, offered select roles, contributing 1% to the overall placements.
