Amritapuri, Kerala — The 2025 Graduation Ceremony at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s Amritapuri Campus unfolded as a vibrant celebration of academic excellence and human values. Graduates were honored for their scholastic achievements and for embodying the university’s core ideals of compassion, integrity, and service.

Vice-Chancellor Dr. P. Venkat Rangan, addressed the graduating class with a message of pride and encouragement. “I want to fill each of the grads with a lot of pride that they are graduating from a very prestigious university,” he said, highlighting Amrita’s global reputation for academic excellence and research innovation. In an inspiring keynote address, he shared his vision for India as a global leader rooted in civilizational wisdom and technological innovation. He emphasized the nation’s ability to pioneer a harmonious future where technology and nature thrive together. “If our country has any meaning, it is the vishwa guru. If any nation is going to come out with a technological way of life in tune with nature, that is going to be our nation,” he declared, urging graduates to embrace India’s unique potential.

The occasion was graced by revered Swami Purnammritananda Puri, General Secretary Mata Amritanandamayi Math alongwith Dr. Chandrabhas Narayana, esteemed Director of the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, who served as the Guest of Honour.
