The PGP YL is a 20-month, full-time residential program at the Hyderabad campus, specifically designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to two years of work experience.
The admissions process for this cohort was highly competitive, drawing top-tier talent from across the country:
- Average Age: 23 years
- Average CAT Percentile: 99.09%
- Average GMAT Focus Score: 684
- Average GRE Score: 330
- Engineering Backgrounds: 47% of the batch
The remaining 53% of the class brings academic and professional backgrounds from non-engineering sectors, including consulting, banking, healthcare, operations, technology, and entrepreneurship. The cohort also includes national and state-level sportspersons, tech innovators, and corporate professionals.

To support diverse and deserving talent, ISB awarded tuition waivers to 24% of the incoming class, including 17 full-tuition and 14 half-tuition scholarships.
